Brand new 2025 Green Pty Ltd heavy-duty dual-axle boat trailer. Built February 2025 and never had a boat on it. Full hot-dip galvanised construction throughout. This configuration suits vessels in the 17-22ft range.
Construction and Frame
Full hot-dip galvanised steel frame throughout. Single drawbar design extending to a V-frame at the bow section. Expanded aluminium checkered plate walkway running the full centre length for easy hull access. Heavy-duty cross members with adjustable roller arm mounts. All welds are clean and complete. No corrosion, no damage, no sign of use.
Roller System
Premium multi-roller configuration with approximately 8-10 sets of self-centering wobble rollers per side on adjustable galvanised swing arms, plus blue keel rollers along the centre spine. The wobble-roller system cradles the hull and allows solo launching on most ramp configurations. All rollers are in brand new condition with no flat spots or compression marks.
Running Gear
Dual/tandem axle with leaf spring suspension, galvanised spring hangers, and properly torqued U-bolts. 185-R14 tyres on galvanised sunraysia-style steel rims. Both axles confirmed visually. Grey composite mudguards with integrated non-slip step pads. Minor surface oxidation on bare steel axle tubes only, which is normal and cosmetic on a new galvanised trailer.
Coupling and Brakes
50mm ball coupling with override hydraulic brake actuator. Handbrake lever with ratchet mechanism. Safety chains with shackles. Swivel jockey wheel. 7-pin flat plug electrical connector.
Winch and Bow
Manual hand-operated winch on heavy-duty adjustable galvanised winch post. Single rubber bow roller. Winch strap in new condition.
Lights
LED combination stop/tail/indicator lights on galvanised rear brackets. Galvanised number plate bracket. All lights complete and undamaged.
