SHIPPING:
Shipping process will commence approximately 72 business hours after cleared funds payment is received. Items will be automatically posted to the address on your account. Please ensure your details are correct.

Expected delivery from the time your item leaves the vendors warehouse is 10-14 business days. Express delivery is unavailable.

Purchasers are responsible for the safe collection, lifting, loading and removal of their purchases, including providing suitable personnel and equipment.

Lloyds may provide reasonable assistance or lifting equipment where available. All collections are subject to Lloyds’ site safety requirements and staff directions, and Lloyds may stop or refuse any unsafe activity.

To the extent permitted by law, Lloyds is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a Buyer’s collection, handling or removal of purchased items.

CONDITIONS:
This is an Auction Sale. All goods sold "As is", Inspection is recommended prior to bidding.

Photos, descriptions, and condition reports (if any) should be used as a guide only.

The Auctioneer states that all or any items may have reserve prices. The reserve price is not met unless an email is sent confirming a successful purchase. If the bidding has not reached reserve the Auctioneer will refer the highest bid to the Vendor, the highest bidder shall have first right of refusal in any referred bids. Once the bidder has refused any counter offers or negotiations then the Auctioneer shall declare the goods open for negotiations with other potential purchasers.

Lloyds Marketplace items are sold via online auction by approved third-party Trusted Sellers and delivered directly to customers by those sellers.

Trusted Sellers are responsible for fulfilment and customer support relating to their items, including shipping, handling, exchanges and returns.

Marketplace returns or refund requests cannot be processed in-store and must be submitted online via your Lloyds account, where the request will be forwarded to the relevant Trusted Seller for assessment and resolution.
