Payment is due 72 hours after the fall of the hammer.

Payment options include:

Bank Transfer, successful bidders will receive confirmation of receipted funds.

Invoices are available to be generated or downloaded at checkout.

Bidders may be required to pay a deposit equivalent to the buyer’s premium upon the fall of the hammer.

Collections are strictly by Appointment Only within 7 days of payment made once full cleared funds have been received. Collection dates to be strictly adhered to. Items not collected during this period may be deemed as abandoned.

Purchasers are responsible for the safe collection, lifting, loading and removal of their purchases, including providing suitable personnel and equipment.

Lloyds may provide reasonable assistance or lifting equipment where available. All collections are subject to Lloyds’ site safety requirements and staff directions, and Lloyds may stop or refuse any unsafe activity.

To the extent permitted by law, Lloyds is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from a Buyer’s collection, handling or removal of purchased items.
