The Mazda RX8 is a genuinely unique proposition, and twenty years on, that has not changed. The 1.3-litre Renesis rotary engine carries the Multi Side Port cam cover badge confirming the naturally aspirated specification. The engine bay is used but presents no obvious leaks. The battery appears to have been recently replaced. Buyers should be aware that rotary engines have specific servicing requirements including regular oil top-ups and are sensitive to cold starts.
