Condition Notes

The cabinet unit shows signs of prior use. The white melamine carcass has scuff marks and some edge wear visible on the front and sides. Orange tape residue is visible on several shelf edges. The rear of the cabinet shows an MDF backing panel with white metal bracket reinforcements screwed in place, and the unit sits on a raw timber frame base. Door hinges are visible on the front but no doors are fitted.

The installed stainless steel sink and mixer tap appear in serviceable condition with light surface marks. The second loose sink unit has protective pads in the bowls and protective film partially adhered to the drainer area, suggesting it has not been installed.

The benchtop laminate shows surface marks and light wear consistent with use.
