A Stylised Depiction Of A Bottle Tree Rendered In Flat Areas Of Colour. The Distinctive Swollen Trunk Is Painted In Pale Pink Against A Blue Background, With A Sage-Green Canopy And Pale Pink Branches Extending Upward. The Composition Is Bold And Graphic, With Clean Edges Between The Colour Fields And A Strong Sense Of Design.

A Statement Of Provenance And Ownership Document Is Supplied With The Lot. The Document States The Work Was Held At The Terrigal Art Gallery, New South Wales, Under The Curation Of Gallery Director Rick Maclaski Prior To Circa 1996, And Has Been In The Private Collection Of Ross Glynatsis From Circa 1996 To Present.
