Overview
This is a 2025 Oriental Shimao FT-500 food trailer with a blue painted panel exterior and aluminium corner trim. The compliance plate reads a body size of 5800 x 2100 x 2550 mm, a tare mass of 1,800 kg, an ATM of 2,200 kg and a GTM of 2,000 kg. The trailer rides on a galvanised steel chassis with tandem axles, leaf spring suspension and 165/R13LT tyres on steel rims. A ball coupling is fitted to the galvanised drawbar with safety chains, a jockey wheel and a flat-pin trailer plug.
The serving side features two large top-hinged serving hatches with gas strut supports and stainless steel fold-down counter shelves beneath each hatch. The front wall carries a smaller top-hinged hatch and an external 240V power inlet. A rear entry door with a handle and lock provides access. The interior is fitted out as a commercial food preparation space with stainless steel wall panels, a chequerplate aluminium floor, stainless steel benchtops and under-bench cabinetry with hinged and sliding doors. A three-bowl stainless steel sink with a gooseneck mixer tap and a separate single-bowl handwash sink with its own tap are fitted at the front end. An under-bench cold storage unit labelled Oriental Nomad is fitted on the serving side, and a separate under-bench freezer unit with doors labelled Freezing is fitted adjacent. A lockable cash drawer is built into the serving-side bench. A pull-out twin bin drawer is fitted near the entry door. Open stainless steel shelving and storage compartments are fitted on the rear wall. A stainless steel commercial exhaust canopy with mesh grease filters runs along the rear wall and connects to a roof-mounted exhaust fan. The exhaust fan carries a label reading CxFan. A Dometic roof-mounted air conditioner is fitted. A switchboard with labelled circuit breakers for 220V mains, left socket, right socket, water pump and key light is mounted on the front wall alongside a power supply unit. Recessed LED downlights are fitted in the serving hatch canopy soffits and in the ceiling.
Condition
The exterior blue panels are in presentable condition with the paint showing a gloss finish. The aluminium corner trims and chequerplate stone guard panels along the lower body are intact. The galvanised drawbar and chassis show surface corrosion on the coupling mechanism and surrounding bolts. The tyres show adequate tread depth. The underside of the chassis shows a galvanised finish with leaf spring suspension visible.
The interior stainless steel wall panels show scuff marks and swirl marks from cleaning. The chequerplate floor is intact. The stainless steel benchtops and cabinetry show light marks. The Dometic air conditioner ceiling diffuser shows light scuffing and marks on its surround. The exhaust canopy and grease filters are fitted. The cold storage and freezer units are fitted in place.
