This lot comprises assorted commercial bakery baking trays in two distinct styles, presented on stainless steel flat dollies and a stainless steel tray rack/trolley.

* Small cup trays - heavy-gauge steel trays with small round non-stick coated cups arranged in rows, suitable for mini muffins, friands or similar small baked goods. Trays are stacked on a stainless steel flat dolly with castors.
* Large cup trays - heavy-gauge steel trays with larger round cups suitable for pies, tarts or standard muffins. Trays are stacked on a separate stainless steel flat dolly with castors.
* A stainless steel multi-tier tray rack/trolley is included, loaded with additional baking trays stacked inverted.

Condition Notes

All trays show heavy commercial use. Significant baked-on residue, carbonisation and surface rust are visible across the tray frames and between cups. The non-stick coating on the small cup trays appears largely intact. The large cup trays show worn coating with exposed bare metal and baked-on buildup inside the cups. The stainless steel dollies and trolley show surface soiling, baked-on residue on the dolly handles, and worn castors consistent with extended commercial bakery use. Structural integrity of the trays, dollies and trolley appears sound from the photographs.
