Andrew Quinn and Liam Bellamy, Administrators of National Plumbing & Contracting Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed), are seeking Expressions of Interest from parties interested in acquiring the business and assets of the Company as a going concern.

National Plumbing & Contracting is an established Melbourne-based plumbing and maintenance services provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality plumbing solutions across the commercial and retail sectors. The business has built longstanding relationships with a diverse customer base and is supported by an experienced workforce, established operational systems, and recognised branding within the Victorian market.

The business offers a range of services including reactive maintenance, preventative maintenance, plumbing projects, drainage works, emergency call-outs, and specialised trade services. The opportunity provides a purchaser with the ability to acquire a well-known operating business with established customer relationships, skilled employees, plant and equipment, and existing work in progress.
