This lot comprises five individual furniture pieces sold together.

1. Upholstered Armchair
* Material: Oatmeal-toned wool-blend fabric
* Style: Deep-seated club-style armchair with rolled arms and piped cushion detailing
* Legs: Dark timber

2. Leather-Top Drum Table
* Material: Timber with tooled leather inset top and gold embossed detailing
* Style: Pedestal drum table on tripod base with castors
* Colour: Dark mahogany-toned timber with green leather top
* Features: Drawers visible around the apron

3. Carved Timber Dining Chair
* Material: Timber frame with brown leather seat
* Style: High-back chair with carved floral motif on the splat and slatted back
* Colour: Natural oak-toned timber with brown seat

4. Upholstered Bench Seat

Condition Notes
* Armchair: Upholstery appears intact with light general wear. Seat cushion shows some settling. A small mark is visible near the right arm piping.
* Drum table: Scratches and scuffs visible on the timber apron and legs. One leg appears detached and is resting beside the table base. Leather top shows wear and patina with some surface cracking. Castors are present on the remaining attached legs.
* Carved chair: Timber frame shows age-related wear. Leather seat shows surface wear and patina. Structurally intact.
* Bench seat: Painted frame shows wear with some paint loss and age-related patina. Blue cushion fabric shows light soiling.
* Wicker hamper: Significant paint flaking and peeling on the lid. Wicker weave shows breakage in several areas. Floral fabric trim is faded and worn. Legs show wear.
