Paint chipping and flaking is visible across the blue-painted surfaces of the cylinder, base legs and saddle mounting area. Surface rust is present on the top of the hydraulic cylinder around the large retaining nut and on the saddle plate. The castors show wear and accumulated grime. The threaded adjustment screws and star knobs on the saddle tilt mechanism are intact. A warning or instruction label is affixed to the hydraulic cylinder but the text is largely illegible due to wear and dirt. The checker-plate foot pedal appears bent.
