* The lift arm pads show wear and accumulated grime. The arm pivot mechanisms show surface grime and wear.
* The base plates show paint wear and surface marks. Anchor bolts are visible and in place.
* The hydraulic power unit is mounted to one column. The motor housing and hydraulic reservoir show surface grime. Hydraulic hoses are connected.
* The hoist is currently installed and floor-mounted. Buyer will need to arrange professional disconnection, disassembly and removal.
