Condition Notes
This hoist is installed in a working workshop environment and shows signs of regular commercial use. Paint wear and chipping is visible on the swing arms, base plates and lower sections of both columns. The lift pad on the visible arm shows surface wear. The base plates are bolted to the floor and show paint wear and surface grime around the mounting bolts. The columns, overhead beam and hydraulic power unit appear structurally intact. The control panel with isolator switch and raise/lower buttons is mounted to one column. The Next Service Due field on the label is blank. The hoist will require disconnection, unbolting from the floor slab and professional removal.
