AUTOGRAPHED V8 SUPERCARS CHAMPIONS CHEQUERED FLAG 1993–2025
One flag. More than three decades of champions. An extraordinary piece of Australian motorsport history.
Few pieces of memorabilia can tell the story of an era quite like this.
A unique chequered flag has been specially prepared and framed after being personally signed by the champions of the modern V8 Supercars era, from 1993 through to 2025.
Each champion has been allocated an individual white square on the flag, with every championship victory acknowledged alongside their signature.
Among the legendary names featured are Glenn Seton, Mark Skaife, John Bowe, Craig Lowndes, Marcos Ambrose, Russell Ingall, Rick Kelly, Garth Tander, Jamie Whincup, Shane van Gisbergen, Scott McLaughlin, Brodie Kostecki, Will Brown and Chaz Mostert.
The flag celebrates multiple generations of champions and some of the most significant periods in Australian touring car racing.
It includes Jamie Whincup’s remarkable seven championships and Mark Skaife’s five titles, as well as champions who have gone on to build remarkable careers overseas.
Whincup’s first two championships came driving a Ford Falcon in 2008 and 2009, before he went on to claim five more titles in a Holden Commodore between 2011 and 2014 and again in 2017.
Adding another international dimension to this unique piece, former champions Shane van Gisbergen and Scott McLaughlin made the time to sign the flag despite now being permanently based in the United States, where they continue their careers in NASCAR and IndyCar respectively.
Their willingness to contribute was driven by one thing — knowing that this unique piece of memorabilia would help raise funds for Motorsport Ministries.
From Glenn Seton’s inaugural 1993 championship in his own EB Falcon, through the dominant eras of Skaife and Whincup, the rise of Lowndes, Ambrose, Tander and others, to the modern-day champions and Mostert’s emotional 2025 triumph, this flag captures more than 30 years of Australian motorsport.
It is a genuine collector’s piece — a visual timeline of the drivers who have stood at the top of Australian touring car racing.
One flag. 33 years. A roll call of champions. And a piece of history created for a very special cause.

PPQ LEGENDS NIGHT - SUPPORTING MOTORSPORT MINISTRIES


The PPQ Legends Night is one of Australian motorsport’s most prestigious annual charity events, bringing together champions, industry leaders, corporate partners and passionate supporters to celebrate the people and stories that have shaped the sport.

Now in its third year, the event will honour Australian motorsport legend Craig Lowndes while raising vital funds for Motorsport Ministries, an organisation that has quietly supported the Australian motorsport community since 1986.

Motorsport Ministries trains, appoints and supports a national network of chaplains who provide confidential pastoral care, peer support and practical assistance to competitors, team members, officials, volunteers and their families.

Motorsport can deliver extraordinary highs, but it can also produce enormously difficult moments. Serious accidents, injuries, personal loss, mental health challenges, financial pressure and the demands of competition can affect everyone involved. Motorsport Ministries’ chaplains are there during these moments - at race meetings and beyond - offering a trusted person to talk to and genuine care without judgement.

Their support is available to everyone within the motorsport community, regardless of their background, beliefs, race, religion or gender. Their ultimate vision is to have a trained chaplain available at every motorsport event in Australia.

The PPQ Legends Night has raised more than $200,000 for Motorsport Ministries in each of its first two years, thanks to the remarkable generosity of the motorsport industry, event partners, donors and successful auction bidders.

Every item in this auction has been generously donated, and Lloyds Auctions is once again supporting the event on a premium-free basis.

Most importantly, 100 per cent of the proceeds from every auction item will be donated directly to Motorsport Ministries, helping its chaplains continue providing care and support across Australian motorsport and invested for the organisation’s future.
