Condition Notes
All three pieces are functional and structurally sound. The timber tables show expected surface wear from use including scratches and marks visible in photographs. Drawer runners operate smoothly. The upholstered chair shows minimal wear to fabric with no tears observed. All legs and joints are secure. Suitable for bedroom use or refurbishment projects.
