Recent Major Overhaul and Running-gear Replacement

Vessel slipped and both sterndrives removed, with both engines craned out for inspection and overhaul on stands. Works included supply and fit of new alternators, idler and tensioner pulleys, port and starboard exhaust manifolds, high and low pressure fuel pumps, fuel coolers, engine oil cooler, new starboard steering actuator, and new steering cable and helm, together with refurbishment of the raw water pumps and replacement of both lube monitor bottles. Both transom assemblies were removed, the transom and bilge cleaned and inspected, bilge pump and blower operation checked, and new port and starboard transom housings and exhaust bullhorns fitted. Engines were reinstalled and realigned, all services and exhaust reconnected, sterndrives refitted, and the vessel sea-trialed across the speed range to verify performance and check for leaks. Works totaling $42,099.10 incl. GST
