Inspection

The auctioneer will not provide assistance with dismantling, loading, or removal unless expressly stated otherwise.

Failure to remove purchased lots within the prescribed collection period may result in storage charges, relocation costs, forfeiture of the lot, or other remedies available under the auction terms and conditions.

Purchasers are responsible for any damage caused to property, structures, services, or equipment during dismantling and removal and must make good any such damage at their own cost.
