This wine opens with delicate notes of pink grapefruit, raspberry and citrus blossom twisted around a beautiful core of soft pomegranate and sour cherry. Hints of rhubarb and hibiscus meander along the length of this wine, underpinned by a pretty seam of wild red currants. Crisp acidity ensures focus, structure, and length making it perfect with food or without.
