Ex-display unit from commercial furniture showroom. Fully functional and structurally sound. Frame and base in excellent condition. Seat cushion shows light surface wear consistent with display use, visible in close-up photography. Mesh back support intact with no tears or deformation. All four casters operational and smooth-rolling. Tablet arm mechanism secure and functional. Minor cosmetic marks on seat surface do not affect usability or comfort.
