<b>Description</b><br>
A complex, meticulously rendered surrealist architectural fantasy in the tradition of M.C. Escher. The composition draws the eye through a labyrinth of staircases ascending in impossible directions, arched doorways, and tunnels, anchored by a striking cluster of stylised human eyes rendered in black, white and gold at the upper centre. Ribbon-like curvilinear forms in blue, pink and gold sweep across the right side, while a small landscape vignette with a stylised tree and swirling clouds occupies the left. The overall effect is dreamlike and highly detailed.<br><br>
The palette is soft and refined: cerulean, powder blue, teal, sage green, gold, mauve and warm cream, with the eye motif providing sharp contrast.
