This premium Australian red wine displays classic Hunter Valley Shiraz characteristics with aromas and flavours of black cherries, plums, leather and spice, supported by subtle tannins. The wine was cellared for three years prior to release and remains in excellent condition for further cellaring up to ten years from vintage. Signed by winemaker Phil Ryan.
