New Zealand greenstone Maori toki necklace pendant. Cylindrical carved greenstone body in deep jade-green tone with natural patina and weathering. Features traditional Maori-style binding at the apex with finely wrapped black cord in geometric cross-hatch pattern, creating distinctive shoulder flanges. Suspended from a long black twisted cord with knot fastening. The toki (adze) form represents a traditional Maori tool and carries cultural significance. Authentic craftsmanship evident in the hand-carved stone and traditional binding technique.
