Removal and dismantling of the equipment is entirely at the full cost, risk and responsibility of the purchaser. Buyers are responsible for organising all labour, equipment, transport and any associated costs required for dismantling and removal from site.

All lots are offered for sale "as is, where is", with all faults (if any) and without warranty or guarantee of any kind as to condition, quality, suitability, completeness, functionality, or fitness for purpose.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the assets prior to bidding. By placing a bid, bidders acknowledge that they have satisfied themselves as to the condition and suitability of the lot and accept all risks associated with their purchase.
The successful purchaser is solely responsible for providing all labour, equipment, tools, lifting gear, transport, permits, and any other resources required to safely dismantle, disconnect, load, and remove the purchased lot(s). The auctioneer will not provide assistance with dismantling, loading, or removal unless expressly stated otherwise.
All removals must be completed strictly by appointment only and be conducted under the property managers supervision between Tuesday 30 June and Friday 10 July, excluding weekends. Purchasers must comply with all site safety requirements and directions issued by the vendor, site representatives, and/or auctioneer.
Failure to remove purchased lots within the prescribed collection period may result in storage charges, relocation costs, forfeiture of the lot, or other remedies available under the auction terms and conditions.
Purchasers are responsible for any damage caused to property, structures, services, or equipment during dismantling and removal and must make good any such damage at their own cost.
