Chandon Vintage Brut 1996, Australian sparkling wine produced by Domaine Chandon Australia from the Yarra Valley, Victoria. This vintage brut is crafted using traditional méthode champenoise techniques, blending 42% Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier base wines sourced from premium Victorian regions including Yarra Valley, Coonawarra, and Pemberton (WA). The wine underwent 2.5 years of bottle aging on lees, developing complex aromas and flavours with a creamy, elegant finish. Alcohol content approximately 7.7% standard drinks. Presented in 750ml format with original foil capsule and label intact. Preservative 220 added. Condition shows minor label wear consistent with age and storage.
