Tiger Snake Australian Whiskey by Great Southern Distilling Company. Handcrafted sour mash whiskey, 700ml bottle at 43% ABV. Distilled and bottled in Albany, Western Australia. This is Australia's first legal sour mash whiskey, inspired by Tennessee and Kentucky bourbon traditions. Crafted using classic grain bill of corn, rye, and malted barley sourced from Western Australia's distinctive and pristine fields. The whiskey is twice distilled in a custom-designed 9-metre pure copper pot batch still, producing a smooth, full-flavoured spirit with notes of vanilla, caramel, and hazelnuts. Each barrel is personally selected by the head distiller and hand-bottled. The bottle features detailed back label describing the Western Tiger Snake native to South West Western Australia and the distillery's Porongurup Mountain Range location.
