The sixth-generation Celica GT-Four is one of the most accomplished all-wheel-drive sports cars Japan produced in the 1990s. The ST205 generation ran from 1994 to 1999 and carried the 3S-GTE turbocharged four-cylinder engine through a sophisticated all-wheel-drive system with torque vectoring, while the factory Super Strut suspension gave it handling that embarrassed more expensive European rivals. This was the car that dominated the World Rally Championship until it was controversially excluded, which only added to its legend. Clean GT-Fours have been steadily appreciating as collectors recognise how few genuine examples survive in good condition.
