Description


Pipe turning rolls are essential equipment for any fabrication shop doing circumferential welding on pipe, vessels, or cylindrical workpieces. This Weld-Quip powered drive unit provides variable speed rotation with forward and reverse capability, allowing precise control of work speed during welding, grinding, or inspection operations. The unit accepts pipe from 1.5 inches right up to 16 inches in diameter and is rated at 750 lbs (340 kg) per roll.


The control panel features a variable speed dial (0-100 scale), forward/off/reverse directional switch, auto/manual mode selector, emergency stop, and a foot switch socket for hands-free operation.
