Description
The Colchester Triumph 2000 is widely regarded as one of the finest conventional centre lathes ever produced. Manufactured in Colchester, England by the 600 Group, this precision gap-bed lathe has been the benchmark for quality in workshops, toolrooms, and engineering departments worldwide for decades. The 12-speed geared headstock delivers spindle speeds from 25 to 2,000 RPM via the distinctive colour-coded speed selection dial, covering everything from heavy roughing cuts to fine finishing. The Norton-type quick-change gearbox provides a comprehensive range of imperial and metric thread pitches and feed rates without the need for change gears.
