The GU Patrol is already one of the most capable touring platforms in Australia, and this one has had the original 3.0-litre diesel replaced with a 6.5-litre V8 turbo diesel Cummins engine. That is a serious upgrade. The Cummins swap gives the GU substantially more torque and towing grunt than the factory engine, and it is a well-known conversion in the Patrol community.
Seven seats, four-wheel drive, manual gearbox, alloy wheels, air conditioning, AUX/USB, towbar, and power windows. Vendor advises the battery is dead and the alternator requires replacement, but the vehicle is otherwise mechanically sound. Body condition is consistent with age.
