The BT-50 XTR with the 3.2-litre five-cylinder diesel is a serious working ute. 147kW and 470Nm through a 6-speed automatic with high and low range 4WD and rear diff lock. This one has been properly kitted: a heavy-duty steel bull bar with integrated driving lights, towbar with tow ball, polished stainless sports bar, full-length aluminium side steps, soft roll tonneau cover, and an Icom IC-440N UHF CB radio. Inside, the dash is tidy with functional electrics including Bluetooth and factory navigation. The rear seats are clean. The tub tells its working history with heavy scratching across the floor and walls, no liner fitted. The sports bar chrome has pitted at the joints, there is surface rust along the roof gutter line above the windscreen, and the exhaust shows typical surface oxidation underneath. These are working ute cosmetics, not structural concerns.
An engine warning light is active and the ute drops into limp mode intermittently, pointing to a fault that needs diagnosing before the vehicle can be relied on. That is reflected in the guide.
