Description / Overview:
Built to go, not just to look at. This UC has been given the full performance treatment with a 202ci engine rebuilt by SP Engines to a proper specification: 60-thou overbore, new pistons, full balance, solid Road Crow camshaft, roller rockers, and triple Weber side-draught carburettors on a custom manifold with tubular extractors. The 5-speed Toyota Celica gearbox conversion gives it a proper close-ratio manual with a modification plate to match. The drop fuel tank also carries a mod plate. Two separate Queensland engineering certifications cover the modifications: the engine conversion certified 2007, with further modifications certified in 2020.
The exterior presents in a clean white and black two-tone with a hood scoop, front air dam, and rear ducktail spoiler giving it a purposeful street stance. Classic Dragway polished alloy wheels fill the guards and the suspension bushes have been recently replaced. The interior is the original tan vinyl with an aftermarket steering wheel, tachometer, and stereo. The car is described as running with relatively low kilometres on the rebuilt engine.
