This single batch expression (Batch No. 1) showcases red corn whiskey aged in new American oak, delivering notes of vanilla, toffee, and maple with a creamy mouthfeel. The rare heirloom red corn variety, known as "Jimmy Red," was grown at the Bethkamp family farm in Kununurra and is favored by U.S. moonshiners. Represents the first red corn whiskey produced in Australia. Approximately 24 standard drinks per bottle. Condition reflects minimal handling with intact labeling and secure closure.
