This is a genuine Australian-delivered 260Z 2+2 with all three identity numbers confirmed and matching across the firewall plate, compliance plate, and body stamping. The 2+2 body with its longer 2605mm wheelbase and rear seating is the more practical and increasingly collectible variant of the S30 range. GRS30-010346 is what the plates say and that is what it is, verified.
The car has had work done to it. The interior has been comprehensively re-trimmed in black vinyl with Z-logo headrest seats front and rear, matching door cards, and replacement carpet -- all well executed. The engine runs twin SU-style carburettors with pod filters and blue silicone spark plug leads. Aftermarket alloy wheels in a Watanabe-style pattern are fitted with Toyo Proxes tyres. A ducktail rear spoiler and aftermarket fender mirrors complete the exterior modifications. None of this is the original spec, but it is consistently presented and functional. Surface rust is evident at the nose panel, rear lower valance, inner guards, and rear hatch lip, and the vendor notes rust throughout. Inspection is strongly advised.
Both front and rear bumpers are missing. Sourcing correct chrome bumpers for a GRS30 2+2 is the buyer's responsibility. The steering wheel is aftermarket. No underbody photographs have been provided and buyers should arrange a hoist inspection prior to bidding on any S30 Z-car.
