Description / Overview:
The Chrysler 300 SRT8 was the big American performance sedan done right: long, low, wide, with a HEMI V8, Brembo brakes, and a stance that meant business. The Core edition was the focused performance variant without the luxury add-ons. This example takes that foundation and builds on it properly.
The original 6.4-litre HEMI V8 has been fully rebuilt by Glenn Wells engine builders to 427ci stroker specification using top-shelf Australian HEMI specialists HPF (High Performance Factory). The build includes an HPF Stage-2 camshaft, Higgins Race ported cylinder heads, Johnson non-MDS hydraulic roller lifters, VVT phaser lock, and all genuine Mopar OEM gaskets and seals. The transmission has been treated to a Dominator 3,000rpm high-stall torque converter, and the full exhaust system is a 3-inch Pacemaker unit with headers. ECU calibration by Dontex Performance using HP-Flash yields approximately 400kW at the rear wheels. The engine has covered only 2,634 kilometres since this rebuild. All parts invoices and dyno documentation are included.
The exterior is in showroom condition - gloss black paint with a red pinstripe accent, 22-inch Simmons multi-piece wheels with polished lips, red Brembo 6-piston front calipers clearly visible. The original set of four SRT8 wheels is included with the car. Interior features an Audison custom sound system, rear headrest screens, front and rear dash cameras, and GPS tracking. The original factory warranty book is present along with two keys and a spare blank key fob.
