Description / Overview:
A heavily customised example of the iconic Volkswagen Beetle, built in the Cal-look tradition. This car has been converted from a standard sedan body to a soft-top configuration and fitted with a period-correct wide-body kit including bolt-on flared wheel arches front and rear, a rear whale-tail engine lid spoiler, body-coloured front valance, and aftermarket smooth steel wheels sized to fill the flares. The electric blue respray gives it strong visual presence.
The interior has been updated with re-trimmed black vinyl seats, a leather-wrapped aftermarket steering wheel, Clarion head unit, and aftermarket rear speakers. The cabin presents as tidy and functional. The soft top is a black fabric unit currently stored in the folded position. Plastic rear windows in the top are aged and cloudy, which is typical of stored soft tops. A Victorian registration sticker is visible on the windscreen.
