Description

A complete carton of KB Lager (Kent Brewery) empty 375ml aluminium cans from the Carlton and United Breweries era, featuring the classic "COLD GOLD" campaign branding. The cans carry the distinctive gold body with bold red "KB" lettering, the CUB circular emblem, and the full "LAGER" designation, consistent with early-to-mid 1990s production. All 24 cans remain in their four original cardboard six-pack carriers, which retain the same red-pinstripe KB "COLD GOLD" branding. The outer shipping carton is also present, confirming a count of 4x6x375ml.



KB Lager was the flagship brand of Tooth and Co's Kent Brewery in Sydney, one of the defining beers of New South Wales for decades. The "COLD GOLD" slogan became one of Australian brewing's most recognisable advertising taglines. After CUB's acquisition of Tooth's brands, KB continued under CUB through the 1990s before subsequent brand changes. This carton represents the CUB-era COLD GOLD packaging at its most complete: cans in carriers with the outer box intact. For Australian breweriana collectors, a full carton in this configuration is harder to find than loose cans.



Cans are in good overall condition with no obvious crushing. The six-pack carriers show edge softening and minor scuffing consistent with age. The outer carton shows surface wear, scuffing, and minor creasing. All 24 cans are empty.
