The A/C needs a regas. Both headlight lenses are heavily oxidised and will need restoration or replacement for full light output. The headliner is sagging and requires a proper re-trim. Some rust bubbles are developing on the lower rear body panel below the tailgate and stone chips are present on the bonnet leading edge, both consistent with highway use.
