Description
Industrial refrigerated line cooler manufactured by Nilma S.p.A. (Italy).
Designed to rapidly cool pasta, rice, vegetables, or similar cooked food products as part of a continuous Cook & Chill production line.
The ATR-100 model forms part of Nilma’s automated Pastaline and Cook-and-Chill systems, using chilled water or a self-contained refrigeration circuit to achieve uniform cooling while maintaining product integrity and hygiene.
