Description/Extras: Vendor Advises, New Water Pump Impellons (Not Used Since Fitted), Purpose Bulit for Show Work, Both Lower Units OverhauledThis Skicraft Excel, is a one of a kind ski boat that was built by Skicraft in Victoria, having been commissioned by the Victorian Waterski Association to pull skiers in show work at Moomba. It used to pull a 19 skier pyramid.
The hull is solid with no issues.
The trailer is in great shape with no rust.
The twin 175hp Optimax Mercury engines are in perfect condition.
When I first purchased the boat in '22, I had both lower units removed and inspected by Quality Marine in Darwin. (just for peace of mind)
Both were in great condition, so new water pump impellors were fitted while they were apart. Only a couple of hours use since, due to health issues.
Motors are showing 610 and 606 hours.
I used to drive Bullet boats, and I would describe this boat as a 'bullet on rails', it doesn't have the 'loose' spots like the Bullets and is very stable at speed.
There are two tanks under the floor that hold around 120 litres.
It comes with a spare bucket seat that can be swapped for the current 'lounge' type observer seat, or used to replace the driver seat.
It has HQ mag wheels with new bearings and heaps of tread left.
