Description
This is a dual-axle plant trailer built by Jimboomba Trailers in Queensland. The galvanised steel chassis has held up well for a 2014 unit, with minimal structural corrosion. It has two folding ladder-style ramps at the rear for loading small plant and equipment. The ramps are galvanised steel with checker plate bases and fold up for transport.
The coupling is an AL-KO mechanical override type with hydraulic brakes on both axles. Jockey wheel is a swing-away type. Safety chains and 7-pin round trailer plug are fitted. A full-size spare tyre is included, strapped to the deck centre. The spare shows age-related sidewall cracking but is serviceable as an emergency spare.
Deck sections are aluminium checker plate on both wheel tracks with an open centre channel. Four yellow mudguards are all intact. Tyres are 185/14LT on 14-inch Ford pattern steel rims, with moderate tread remaining on all four.
