Nestled between heavily wooded craggy hills overlooking the majestic Blackwood River in Australia's South West is the vineyard of Hillbille In 1998, a range of grape varietals, including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier, were planted on a total of 18 hectares (45 acres). Since 2003, small parcels of fruit have been hand selected to produce the staple of Hillbillé wines - the Estate and Reserve range.
