Produced from grapes grown on the red Terra Rossa soil of South East Australia, with the support of the unique ecosystem of She-oak trees, this wine has the imprint of the Mediterranean coastal land.

The She-oak tree, a native species of the region, not only plays a role in protecting the ecosystem but also contributes to the grape-growing process. The deep root system of the She-oak tree improves soil structure, prevents erosion and retains moisture, creating ideal conditions for grape growth. The presence of the She-oak tree creates a balanced ecological environment, helping the vines to be healthy and produce high-quality grapes with characteristic complex flavours and depth.

The biggest highlight of this region is the precious Terra Rossa red soil. This type of soil is formed on limestone, rich in minerals and has excellent drainage.
