2018 Mallee Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

The yields and been kept low through careful pruning and management to ensure the terroir is fully expressed. The intense colour is the beginning of the complexity, as the nose has hints vanilla and spice. The full flavoured palate offers herbaceous and black currant characters, which are balanced with 12 months of American Oak maturation. The fine grain tannins lead to a long-soft finish to be remembered. This is a full-bodied wine that is great drinking now or can be cellared for further aging.
