Premium Adelaide Hills fruit parcels grown on the picturesque Totino Vineyards are filled from vines ranging from 14-30 years old. Sangiovese, an Italian classic, Shiraz an Aussie favourite and Cabernet a famed French, are used in this new and exciting blend in the Totino series. Ruby red with purple hues in appearance. Plums and cherries on the nose leading through to dark stone fruits with underlying savoury earthy rustic notes. A rich yet incredibly smooth wine with a lingering finish. The rich soils and cool climate give each varietal a distinguished character with the Sangiovese providing structure and the Shiraz and Cabernet adding a rich juicy earthiness; blended they provide drinking pleasure not only now but also in years to come if cellaring.
