Medium to full-bodied, offering a harmonious blend of ripe dark fruit and savoury complexity, supported by fine, well-resolved tannins. Notes of chocolate, liquorice and subtle earthy nuances add depth, while the Cabernet structure brings elegance and length. Finishes smooth, balanced and persistent with lingering spice and mature fruit character. A classic “Baby Grange” style, showcasing both power and refinement with graceful bottle age.
