Classical Cabernet aromas of blackcurrant berries and herbs open up to chocolate, caraway seeds, liquorice and an earthy, mulberry palate. The long slow ripening season and free-draining Terra Rossa soils of the Mount Benson growing region have helped shape this elegant and individual wine.
