Overview
Yamaha SX230 fibreglass bow rider with twin inboard Yamaha MR-1 engines and jet drive, presented on a 2013 Midwest galvanised tandem-axle trailer with an ATM of 2926 kg. The hull is finished in blue and white gelcoat. The SX230 badge is printed on both sides of the hull and the Twin Engine badge is visible on the starboard side.
Hull
Fibreglass construction finished in blue and white gelcoat. light scratches visible on the port side near the waterline. A Yamaha badge is printed on the transom. The HIN plate on the starboard side of the hull reads YAMCP487B606.
Motor
Twin Yamaha MR-1 inboard engines are visible in the engine bay with jet drive units at the transom. The engine covers are marked Yamaha MR-1. The engine bay shows general grime and residue consistent with use. Two engine kill lanyards with yellow floats are present at the helm.
Electronics and Deck
The helm features a Yamaha steering wheel, twin Yamaha tachometers (scaled to 11,000 RPM), a Yamaha speedometer (scaled to 60 MPH), a Yamaha depth gauge, a fuel gauge, and a switch panel with labelled switches for bilge, stereo, courtesy light, lights and horn. A GME GX300 AM transceiver VHF radio is mounted to the starboard side of the helm. A stereo head unit is fitted below the instrument cluster. The cockpit has two swivel bucket seats at the helm, a U-shaped lounge at the stern with a removable oval table with cup holders, and a forward bow seating area with a U-shaped lounge. Marine carpet is fitted throughout the cockpit floor. The upholstery is cream and grey vinyl. Staining is visible on the helm seat. A blue bimini top is fitted on a stainless steel frame.
Trailer
2012 Midwest galvanised tandem-axle trailer. The compliance plate states an ATM of 2926 kg and a VIN of 1MDASAV27DA506930. The trailer is fitted with a Profile 2000 manual winch, roller guides with yellow bow roller, a jockey wheel, safety chain and coupling. Tyres are Carlisle Sport Trail on black steel rims. Checker plate mudguards are fitted. Rust is visible on the safety chain, coupling area and at the base of the jockey wheel.
