Condition Notes
Used industrial process chiller manufactured in August 2020 by IRS Industrial Process Cooling, Wangara, Perth, Western Australia. The unit is standing upright in a warehouse environment. The exterior panels show general marks, scuffs and some staining consistent with industrial use, including rust-coloured staining visible on the top rear panel near the water circuit diagram label. The ball valves and hose barb fittings on the water connection side show light oxidation. The condenser fan guard and fan blade appear intact. The Dixell digital controller display is visible and appears to read 0.0. The rotary isolator switch is intact. The ventilation grilles on the front and rear panels are intact with no visible bending or damage. The base frame shows light soiling. The unit has not been tested.
