All preparation will be up to the bidder ready for transport.  All services will be disconnected prior to dismantling  by the successful bidder. Building must be removed within 30 days. 

Note: Conditions of Collection to site: The Successful Bidder must use Universal Cranes as the preferred Crane Company onsite onto suitable Transport or Super Tilt Transport.
