Description/extras: 2007 Husqvarna TE450 from the Italian Cagiva era, so this is the real old-school Husky before KTM bought the brand. No key, flat battery, unknown running status. This one is a project bike, but it is a more interesting project than most.
Someone spent serious money on this bike over its life. SM Pro aftermarket rims on both ends, ARC folding levers (the ones that fold rather than snap in a crash), ProTaper handlebars, Supersprox rear sprocket, Brembo brakes, an aftermarket exhaust system, a proper aluminium bash plate, and an endurance trail computer on the bars. Conservatively $1,500-2,000 in aftermarket parts, possibly more. This was a properly kitted enduro weapon at some point.
The honest negatives for 19 years old: the right rear panel is cracked and broken, the plastics are heavily faded and worn throughout, there is surface corrosion on the frame near the headstock that needs a close look, and the exhaust header has significant heat rust. The engine is a 450cc 4-stroke thumper that will almost certainly need a valve service at minimum, and at 19 years old the seals and bearings throughout should be considered serviceable life items.
This is a bike for someone who specifically knows and loves these old Italian-era Husqvarnas, not a casual project pick.
